Canadians are back at Red Wings games, and the fans couldn’t be more pumped.
Hockey is big up in Canada. The Red Wings, in a statement, says 10% of season ticket holders are from Canada, while 25% of single game ticket sales also Canadian.
To get home after the game, though, Canadians are required to present a negative PCR COVID-19 test at the border.
In response, the Red Wings have established a COVID-19 testing site for Canadians in the concourse. Fans get the PCR results sent to their phone before the end of the game.
The test runs $85.
