Jim Harbaugh is riding high on Saturday's (Nov. 27) victory against Ohio State. It's his first win against the Buckeyes in six seasons, so, yeah, it's a big deal. Finally, right? I'm happy for the Wolverines, even though I'm a Spartan and wish we scored a win against Ohio State this season, too.

With the big win under his belt, Harbaugh is speaking out about Ohio State's reported "trash talk" in recent years.

When asked if Ohio State's talk motivated him, Harbaugh said something that was possibly directed at Ohio State head coach Ryan Day, who has been with the Buckeyes since 2017, first as the co-offensive coordinator under Urban Meyer and then as head coach. Long story short, he's taking the high road.

"The things you're thinking of are probably the same as I'm thinking of," Harbaugh said during a post-game press conference. "Let's move on with humble hearts, take the high road, but there's different stuff that people have said that spurred us on even more."

"Sometimes people that are standing on third base think they hit a triple, but they didn't," he added. Ouch!
