The Detroit Lions pulled off a seemingly impossible win against the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday (Dec. 19), and the world is taking notice. Sure, we won’t get that No. 1 draft pick now, but I think we should play to win, so I’m cool with it.

Over at CBS Sports, writer John Breech gave the Lions an “A+” for their upset win. What he said next was really interesting.

“The win over the Cardinals is a testament to what Dan Campbell is doing in Detroit,” he said in the story.

He added, “This team could have quit on him at any point this season — you know, like the Jaguars did to Urban Meyer — but every week, he has this team playing hard, and every week, it seems capable of possibly pulling off an upset.”
