We all love Michigan State's Sparty mascot, right? I mean, even if you're a Michigan fan, you have to appreciate Sparty.

That said, a new poll from college football fans shows that he's very loved. Time2Play, a website about online gambling, recently conducted a poll that has Sparty ranked at No. 2 for the best college basketball mascots in the entire country. So, who's No. 1? Oregon's mascot "The Duck."

For the Survey, Time2Play went to roughly 1,500 college basketball fans and had them rank 70 mascots from schools whose men's basketball programs have made the most NCAA tournament. By the way, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois and UNLV were left out, because they don't have official mascots.

Sparty scored 3.64, right behind Oregon's 3.86. It's a good time to be a Spartan!
