Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians is stepping down and will start working in the team’s front office, according to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero. Defensive coordinator Todd Bowles will replace him as the new head coach.
According to NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo, the Buccaneers are giving Bowles a new five-year contract as their head coach. The Bucs added that Arians will have a senior football consultant role within the team. Tom Brady, of course, if returning as quarterback of the team.
