The Detroit Pistons have traded forward Jerami Grant to the Portland Trail Blazers, according to ESPN.

According to the report, the Pistons pick up a 2025 second-round draft pick from Portland and a 2025 first-round pick via the Milwaukee Bucks. The Milwaukee pick is protected Nos. 1-4. In addition, Portland will give the best 2026 second-round pick between Portland and New Orleans to Detroit, ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski states.

Detroit and Portland also exchange 2022 second-round picks as part of the trade. Detroit will score the 36th overall pick, and Portland will get the 46th choice.
