The Detroit Pistons were expected to bring on Miles Bridges in free agency, but those plans seem to be in question, as he was recently arrested for domestic violence.
Bridges, who most recently served as the Hornets’ forward, was arrested in California right before NBA free agency was set to take place, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
As LAPD spokeswoman Lizeth Lomeli explains, Bridges was arrested on Wednesday (June 29). TMZ says that Bridges is dealing with felony domestic violence charges.
The Hornets released a statement saying they “are aware of the situation involving Miles Bridges. We are in the process of gathering additional information. We will have no further comment at this time.”
