Deshaun Watson’s Suspension Increased to 11 Games
Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson is being suspended for 11 games, and he will pay a $5 million fine to the NFL. The agreement was reached by settlement.
Robinson’s suspension decision comes after the NFL’s investigation into allegations made by women who accused him of sexual assault and harassment.
The NFL requested to have former New Jersey Attorney General Peter C. Harvey review Watson’s case after the league appealed the Aug. 1 decision by Sue L. Robinson, an independent disciplinary officer who recommended the NFL suspend Watson for six games.
