More Honors Heaped on the Detroit Lions

Kicker Michael Badgley has earned player of the week honors. He’s being honored as the NFC’s special teams standout after making all four of his field goal attempts in the Lions’ 40-14 win over Jacksonville last weekend.
Badgley marks the fourth Lions player to earn player of the week honors this season. Previous players who earned the honored included defenders Kerby Joseph and Aidan Hutchinson and wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown.
The Lions’ next game is up against the Vikings at 1 p.m. Sunday at Ford Field.
