UPDATE: Aaron Rodgers has officially been traded to the New York Jets according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.

If there's one thing Aaron Rodgers is not, it's boring. There's been a ton of drama and theater revolving around his supposed in-the-works trade deal from Green Bay to New York. For a while, it appeared he'd stay with the Green Bay Packers for the upcoming season. But, now that's changed.

The Jets and Packers are once again toiling away on trade talks, according to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport. As Rapoport states on social media, a deal isn't necessarily imminent, but the teams hope to come to a deal this week. The would be just in time for the NFL Draft, which is later this week.

“A deal is not imminent,” Rapoport tweeted on Sunday (April 23). "But the two sides are at least talking — with hopes a deal can (finally) be done this week."

Time will tell if this deal comes to fruition. He's been pretty quiet on social media about the whole thing. But, most NFL analysts believe that, yes, Aaron Rodgers will be a New York Jet very soon. It should make for an interesting upcoming season. View photos from the Lions' final win against the Packers here and below.
