Pistons, Red Wings, Tigers Games Available for Streaming on Amazon Prime Through New FanDuel Deal

As of Wednesday, Feb. 19, 2025, Detroit sports fans can catch all their favorite Pistons, Red Wings, and Tigers games as an add-on subscription through Amazon Prime. Main Street Sports Group, owner and operator of the FanDuel Sports Network, including FanDuel Sports Network Detroit, announced the new partnership. 

Subscribers must have an existing Amazon Prime membership to access the FanDuel Sports Network via Amazon Prime. The cost to stream the Detroit sports games through Amazon Prime will be $19.99 per month with a seven-day free trial. This price is the same as the monthly plan directly through the FanDuel Sports Network Detroit. Main Street Sports Group said that a season pass and an annual pricing plan will be announced at a later date.

Detroit fans will also be able to purchase single-game day passes for the NBA and NHL for $6.99 via the FanDuel Sports Network app, although it is not available for MLB games. Single-game purchases will not be available on Amazon Prime but will be available through the FanDuel Sports Network in December.

The Detroit Free Press noted that the FanDuel Sports Network will remain available to users through cable and streaming through the network's app. Users must purchase the bundle as an add-on to their account to access it through Amazon Prime. Users will not be able to log in through Amazon Prime with an existing FanDuel Sports Network account.
