Claiming a prize:
Prize Pick Up Hours: 11:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday *except on holidays
All prize winners must claim their prize(s) in person. You must present your photo ID and proof of your full social security number. Someone else can not come to the studios to claim your prize.
