Benches Clear in Detroit Tigers’ Final Home Game
The Detroit Tigers held their final home game of the season Monday (Sept. 27), and boy, was it a game.
Detroit and their opponents, the White Sox, faced off in a benches-clearing brawl in the top of the ninth. The Sox’s Jose Abreu appeared to start the tiff with hard slide into second, coming after he was hit by a pitch earlier. From there, things got messy.
The White Sox won the game, 8-7, at Comerica Park. Check out photos below!
